Working principle of CNC cement packaging machine: The CNC cement packaging machine uses EDI-312SF electronic scale as the control center of the CNC system. It collects digital quantities (input components such as bag insertion detection proximity switch, filling port proximity switch, bag dropping electromagnetic generator, bag dropping position proximity switch, and manual operation, etc.) and analog quantities (sensor weighing signals) according to the program stored in the microcontroller ROM, and configures interface circuits and servo systems. By using digital instructions to control the filling process of the cement packaging machine, and then programming the gate mechanism, bag pressing mechanism, and bag pushing mechanism according to the filling process of the cement packaging machine, intelligent and automated control of the cement packaging machine can be achieved. The packaging machine has eight ash outlets, each with an independent controller, servo system, and interface circuit.
The use of CNC cement packaging machine: Preheat for 10 seconds when powered on. If the gate, bag pressing mechanism, and bag pushing mechanism are all in their original positions (the gate is completely closed, the bag pressing device is pressed, and the bag pushing device is retracted), then you only need to press the home reset button once in sequence. After the net weight inverted triangle indicator light on the weighing instrument display screen lights up, you can enter the normal filling process control. On the contrary, if the gate, bag pressing, and bag pushing mechanisms are not in their original positions, you need to first adjust them to their original positions using your own jog button and forward/reverse button, and then press the return button to their original positions one by one. After the net weight inverted triangle indicator light on the scale display screen lights up, the normal filling process control can be entered.
Precautions for daily use of CNC cement packaging machine: Keep the vacuum system running well, and the air inlet of the vacuum cleaner must be placed at the bottom of the packaging machine to ensure better vacuum suction effect and a cleaner body; Regular calibration, regular dust removal, and regular inspection; The lightning protection system should be grounded separately, and the grounding wires of the two should not be mixed; Regularly inspect and test the grounding condition.
