Technical characteristics of bagging machine
The TD-FC automatic bagging machine has the characteristic of simulating manual bagging. During the bagging process, the packaging bag is always held in the mechanical hand, avoiding bagging errors caused by uncertain packaging bags and working environments, effectively ensuring the reliability of bagging. There are anti-collision facilities installed on the rotating arm, which can effectively avoid collisions with the packaging machine during the debugging process. Adopting Siemens servo control system, it has extremely high positioning accuracy to ensure that each packaging bag is accurately placed on the discharge nozzle of the packaging machine. In terms of electrical control, it can accurately maintain the synchronization between the bagging machine and the packaging machine. When there is a change in the speed of the packaging machine or a package in the feeding nozzle, it can automatically recognize, stop bagging, and sound an alarm.
